TFI Co. supplies Silver Class gooseneck swan-neck bending punch upper tool for press brake machines, serving the metalworking and sheet metal fabrication industry across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar. This gooseneck bending punch is engineered for deep-reach press brake bending and box-forming operations and precision-manufactured to exacting dimensional standards.

This tool carries a working height of 150 mm and a body thickness of 80 mm, with a 90° near-square bending angle for standard rectangular profile and enclosure forming.

Precision-hardened to 45–50 HRC at the tip contact zone. All body thickness dimensions conform to DIN 7168 Medium tolerance standards, ensuring consistent clamping fit and tool interchange across compatible press brake systems.

This tool is rated to a maximum bending force of 100 kN/m. TFI Co. strongly advises all operators to remain within the stated rated capacity — exceeding this force risks irreversible tool deformation and poses a direct safety hazard to press brake operators and the surrounding work area.
