A 4-way rotatable bending matrix — 60 mm body, 60 mm height — carrying four independent V-openings at 85° on four faces: 50 mm, 35 mm, 22 mm, and 16 mm. Rotating the block exposes a new groove for a different material thickness, eliminating the die change entirely and reducing setup time by up to 75% on multi-gauge production. One tool covers the material range from approximately 2 mm to 6 mm sheet. No mounting slot — the die seats directly on the machine bed for maximum stability and full footprint contact under load.
