Available across the United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah), the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar.

Material & Steel Grade

Special grade steels — including BÖHLER tool steel™, Type 4 Molybdenum Steel, T10, T8, 42CrMo, and Cr12MoV — are the industry-standard materials for press brake punch and die tooling. The punch and die assembly absorbs the majority of the forming force produced by the press brake, making high-strength hardened steel essential for sustained production performance and dimensional consistency.

The 48 mm groove at 85° accommodates approximately 6 mm mild steel, placing this die at the upper end of the standard sheet metal range.
