A two-groove standard bending matrix — 50 mm body, 46 mm height, 15 mm offset slot. Carries a 6 mm groove at 86° for thin-sheet precision bending (approximately 0.75 mm material) alongside a 32 mm groove at 86° for medium-gauge structural work (approximately 4 mm material). Both grooves at 86° means the operator switches between thin-gauge and mid-gauge bending within the same program without re-angling the die or adjusting backstop references — only the groove face changes. The offset slot is machined to standard press brake die holder dimensions.

TFI Co. provides precision press brake bending matrices for the metalworking industry, manufactured from 42CrMo (Chromium-Molybdenum Steel) — hard, precision-ground, and well-tested for production-intensive bending environments. All V-opening dimensions conform to DIN 7168 tolerance standards.

Available for immediate delivery across the UAE (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah), the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar from TFI Co. logistics centres.
