Representative substitutional Chromium (Cr, blue) and Molybdenum (Mo, green) atoms shown at lattice nodes; interstitial Carbon (C, charcoal) shown at octahedral site. All TFICO press brake tooling is manufactured from 42CrMo alloy steel, quench-and-temper heat-treated to achieve 54–58 HRC surface hardness and minimum tensile strength of 1,000 MPa.
