The widest-body gooseneck punch in the TFI range — 150 mm working height with a 65 mm deep-relief throat that accommodates larger return flanges than the EU4414 series. The wider neck section provides additional torsional stiffness, allowing more consistent force distribution on longer parts and reducing tool deflection on wide-format bends. Specified for deep channel profiles, large-format box bending, and industrial enclosures with substantial return flanges where both the gooseneck geometry access and body rigidity under load are required.

TFI Co. provides precision press brake tooling for the metalworking industry, manufactured from 42CrMo (Chromium-Molybdenum Steel) — hard, precision-ground, and well-tested for multi-stage bending and box-forming applications. Precision-hardened to 52 HRC, all body thickness dimensions conform to DIN 7168 tolerance standards.

Available for immediate delivery across the UAE (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah), the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar from TFI Co. logistics centres. All segment sets include one left ear and one right ear piece for press brake punch segments.

All tools come with a maximum tonnage capacity. TFI Co. strongly advises all customers to stay within the rated capacity for staff safety, and to only apply the stated maximum force — not more.
