A compact SASH punch with a 100 mm working height and narrow 26 mm body, shaped with the characteristic inward-angled tip that gives operators access to both sides of a bend. Designed for window frame profiles, door jambs, and architectural sashes where a standard straight punch would obstruct the workpiece. The 86° bending angle produces a crisp, sharp profile on both faces of the formed part — ideal for framing components and structural sections that demand angles on both sides of the bend in a single stroke.

TFI Co. provides precision press brake tooling for the metalworking industry, manufactured from 42CrMo (Chromium-Molybdenum Steel) — hard, precision-ground, and well-tested for multi-stage bending and box-forming applications. Precision-hardened to 52 HRC, all body thickness dimensions conform to DIN 7168 tolerance standards.

Available for immediate delivery across the UAE (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah), the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar from TFI Co. logistics centres. All punch segment sets include one left ear and one right ear piece.

All tools come with a maximum tonnage capacity. TFI Co. strongly advises all customers to stay within the rated capacity for staff safety, and to only apply the stated maximum force — not more.
