TFI Co. supplies the EU3213 Silver Class straight bending punch upper tool for press brake machines, serving the metalworking and sheet metal fabrication industry across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar. The EU3213 is a straight upper punch engineered for standard press brake forming operations, precision-manufactured and available for immediate dispatch from TFI Co. logistics centres.
This tool carries a working height of 150 mm and a body thickness of 26 mm, with a standard 86° bending angle suited to general sheet metal work and production-line setups.
Manufactured from 42CrMo (Chromium-Molybdenum Steel) — a high-strength alloy selected for press brake tooling for its exceptional toughness, fatigue resistance, and consistent dimensional stability under cyclic bending loads, and precision-hardened to 55–62 HRC at the tip contact zone. All body thickness dimensions conform to DIN 7168 Fine tolerance standards, ensuring consistent clamping fit and tool interchange across compatible press brake systems.

Material & Steel Grade
Special grade steels — including BÖHLER tool steel™, Type 4 Molybdenum Steel, T10, T8, 42CrMo, and Cr12MoV — are the industry-standard materials for press brake punch and die tooling. The punch and die assembly absorbs the majority of the forming force produced by the press brake, making high-strength hardened steel essential for sustained production performance and dimensional consistency.
For press brake tooling, Chromium-Molybdenum Steel (Chromoly) is widely regarded as the ideal base alloy — combining exceptional tensile strength, corrosion resistance, and a long service life capable of handling the full force range of industrial press brake applications. Extended working height version of the EU3213 — 150 mm for bending deeper boxes and larger enclosures without a tool change. Same 26 mm body and sharp 86° angle. This is the standard choice when forming depth exceeds what a 130 mm punch can comfortably reach, and the preferred tall straight punch for production lines running mixed-depth enclosure work in a single setup.
TFI Co. provides precision press brake tooling for the metalworking industry, manufactured from 42CrMo (Chromium-Molybdenum Steel) — hard, precision-ground, and well-tested for multi-stage bending and box-forming applications. Precision-hardened to 52 HRC, all body thickness dimensions conform to DIN 7168 tolerance standards.
Available for immediate delivery across the UAE (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah), the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar from TFI Co. logistics centres. All segment sets include one left ear and one right ear piece for press brake punch segments.
All tools come with a maximum tonnage capacity. TFI Co. strongly advises all customers to stay within the rated capacity for staff safety, and to only apply the stated maximum force — not more.
