A compact two-groove acute bending matrix — 47 mm body, 46 mm standing height — with a 15 mm centred mounting slot for balanced positioning on the machine bed. Carries two acute-angle V-openings on a single block: an 8 mm groove at 30° for thin-gauge sheet (approximately 1 mm material under the 8× rule) and a 12 mm groove at 30° for slightly heavier stock (approximately 1.5 mm). Both grooves share the same 30° angle, allowing the operator to switch between two material thicknesses in a single part program without changing the die angle or repositioning the machine stops. The centred slot distributes load symmetrically through the die body.
TFI Co. provides precision press brake bending matrices for the metalworking industry, manufactured from 42CrMo (Chromium-Molybdenum Steel) — hard, precision-ground, and well-tested for production-intensive bending environments. All V-opening dimensions conform to DIN 7168 tolerance standards.
Available for immediate delivery across the UAE (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah), the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar from TFI Co. logistics centres.
